Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use ConnectDeck.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you add to your card and for having the rights to share it.
• You agree not to use ConnectDeck for unlawful, misleading, or abusive purposes.

You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access it improperly, or use it to distribute content that infringes the rights of others.

ConnectDeck paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in USD. Pro is $9.99/month for 5 cards; Team is $79.99/month for 30 seats and 30 cards. Capacity add-ons (Pro card packs at $4.99/month per 5 cards; Team seat packs at $4.99/month per 10 seats) also renew automatically until canceled. Applicable taxes may be added. Pro plans count cards; Team plans count seats, and every Team seat includes one card. For cancellation and refund details, see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

If you manage a team workspace, you are responsible for the cards created within it and for granting and removing access for your team members.

ConnectDeck and its software, design, and branding are owned by Woodfield Innovations LLC. You retain ownership of the content you add to your card. Company templates and brand assets you upload remain yours; you grant us permission to display them as part of providing the service.

We work to keep ConnectDeck available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woodfield Innovations LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ConnectDeck.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page and update the "last reviewed" date below.
